Human resource is the primary resource of enterprises in the modern market economy,which drives the enterprises to create value.The salary as one of the important factors for the development of the enterprise,which has important significance to the enterprise personnel training,for the enterprise to retain skilled employees,to attract high-quality foreign employees,so as to bring about the development of enterprises of great role in promoting.TZ company as the research object of this paper is that financial institutions approved by the SFC specializes in specific customer asset management business,follow the old state-owned shareholders because of its human resources management system,the original human resource salary system has not adapted to the current development of the financial industry to seek,and even the existence of compensation standard is not reasonable,performance the assessment is unfair,the lack of incentive problems,seriously restricting the enthusiasm of the staff,and even lead to serious loss of long-term business team.Therefore,in order to reverse the company's human resource management,decline,promote and implement business team echelon construction,to achieve the company's long-term strategic reserve,to ensure a stable and sustained development of TZ company,the author draws lessons from the domestic and surgery of the salary management theory,aiming at the existing problems of TZ company,based on compensation system the research content,through the research methods of literature and theoretical analysis and questionnaire,understand the existing company's existing salary management system problems and reason analysis of the.Based on the combination of theory and practice,this paper designs the salary system which accords with the actual situation of TZ company.This paper studies how to use incentive employees to devote their own value,an effective response to market competition for the TZ company,to adapt to social and economic development,the salary management scheme to promote enterprise to achieve strategic objectives,and hope that through experience for other enterprise management.
