Salary management,as a dynamic management process,occupies an important position in the operation of enterprises.Salary management plays an important role in enterprise management,and is an important part of enterprise management.The research proves that a good salary management system can improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the employees,attract excellent talents,reduce the turnover rate of employees,save the cost of the enterprise,realize the strategic goal and stable development of the enterprise for a long time.This paper,taking J company as a case,uses the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire,data analysis and so on,first plans the enterprise strategy of J company,then analyzes the current salary system,finds the influencing factors,and finally optimizes the design of the salary management system of J company.Through the example of J company,this paper discusses the problems existing in the implementation of the salary management system,and finds the solution through its optimization process.It has the guiding significance for the other enterprises to optimize the salary management system and implement the salary system in the future.
