Regarding the network marketing of insurance,it is thought to belongs to one kind of insurance marketing channel, paralleling with the traditional marketing channels of telemarketing channel, insurance saleman personal channel, car dealer channel and insurance agent channel; there is another viewpoint, it is one of the marketing approaches, a new marketing method which is based on the core platform of internet and mobile internet, effectively integrating the traditional marketing theory and the special internet marketing function, as the center of internet users, utilizing data analysis tool to excavate and analyze the demand and behavior characteristics, sufficiently using various internet applications and marketing tools, to help enterprises realize their marketing goals. In my opinion, the internet marketing of insurance is one kind of marketing approach, but also an important way of enterprises to proceed with the marketing, because it is not only to sell products to the internet users directly in internet, but also to realize brand publicity, product promotion and customer service.In early 2015, Prime Minister Li Keqiang's government work report pointed to encourage "Public entrepreneurship and innovation", also it was first time to bring the concept of "Internet+" in the official report, which is an important judgment for the trend that "Internet+traditional industry" will become China's economic development and social progress in the new period. "Internet+insurance" will become our country's insurance industry important development model in the future, therefore the insurance network marketing way will be more and more important, to make a data analysis for consumer preferences, buying habits in the Internet period, so as to take the internet marketing method and strategy to suit for the Internet community, the characteristics of personalized, diversified demand, which is an important research topic of each insurance company must pay attention to.Through the investigation and research of PN insurance company network marketing channel, combining with the network marketing theory, I summarized and analyzed the various network marketing methods under the background of the "Internet+", introduced the situation of the development of network marketing of PN insurance companies,analyzed the background and environment they are facing, and pointed out the main problems in the process of its development, put forward the network marketing advice for PN insurance companies under the background of "Internet+", also for other insurance companies'network marketing development reference in the future.
