The modern enterprise competition due to the competition of human resources.Enterprise training is regarded as a effective way to cultivate,develop,and retain talent,also affirmed the training in improving enterprise performance and employee behavior,realize the value of human capital and reduce employee turnover rate to enhance the enterprise's capacity for sustainable development,and therefore more valued training.Currently,after 80,90 as the representative of the new generation of knowledge workers have become the backbone of the enterprise.According to statistics,this gr oup in the total number of employees accounted for the proportion of 60-70%.New generation of knowledge workers in both the characteristics of Cenozoic and knowledge workers,whether they can with better training,training taught knowledge and skills to u se in practical work in,promote training transfer rate increased,training to play the role of itself,for enterprise reserve development potential,to a new topic for the enterprises.However available in the literature,the majority of scholars to study enterprise training staff as the research object,from the personal ability and attitude,leadership support,training transfer atmosphere and training methods and content of training transfer effect,less attention before the training preparation,training implementation training process and follow-up work for the training transfer effect.At the same time,the new generation of knowledge workers as the study object,more targeted research and training from the individual and organizational aspects of the impact of factors affecting the migration effect.This article mainly uses the method of interview and questionnaire survey,first of all staff training on the new generation of knowledge migration effect of preliminary understanding,read the relevant training transfer literature,range of the main factors affecting the delineation is proposed in this paper,we study the problem.Selected for the new generation of knowledge workers personal factors,before training organization intervention factors and organization based self-esteem related dimensions,to study the influence of the effect of training transfer factors,put forward hypothesis,and build the initial model.Conducted a questionnaire survey,and use SPSS17.0 statistical software to the survey result carries on the statistical analysis,factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis,regression analysis and regulation effect analysis,hypothesis testing,that affect the generation of knowledge employee training transfer effect of the main factors.The innovation of this paper is based on the new generation of knowledge workers as the study object,its particularity put forward exploratory factors affecting training transfer.According to the dynamic continuity of training activities,in order to put forward the training of organizational intervention factor variables,the integrity of the study.The introduction of organizational self-esteem as a moderating variable,enrich the relevant research training transfer.
