| As the coming of the 21 century,the automobile industry has been highly development,and the number of sales and service staff has also increased rapidly.However,their abilities have really huge difference among diverse dealers and person,so as to the requirem ent for the ability cultivation has been largely grown.FAW-VW,the leader among the autom obile companies,has started the training busines s in 2005,and the training system has been promoted accordance with the marketing development all the time.This paper is based on the current situa tion of FAW-VW Audi Training Business,and giving a systematic statement of the entire Audi Training System.At the same time,the main problems and weakness can be detected.Accordi ng to the defect,we combine the situation with the DACUM training need m ethod,Competency Model and Kirkpatrick Model to design the training or ganization and operation pr ocess,in order to improve the training effectiveness and training quality.The meaning of the paper is to utilize the m ature theories to make up the shortne ss in FAW-VW Audi Training Business,and guarantee the training quality. |
