Study Of The Information Construction In Planting Industry In Dawangzhuang Town Of Laiwu City

Along with the trend of information globalization, it seems that the information resources have become a strategic resource.Similarly, the agricultural information has become an essential part in the agricultural production chain. Focusing on the planting information construction, this thesis has comprehensively expounded the basic situation of information development and the existing problems in Dawangzhuang Town of Laiwu City, Shandong Province and come up with strategies to local conditions, expecting to provide a basis for economic development of the local farming and rural progress.This thesis has five parts. The first part has mainly discussed the background, purpose, methodology and the significance of the study, which has laid a good foundation for further research; the second part has defined the relevant concepts, made an interpretation of the agricultural information concepts and analyzed the importance and necessity of information for planting information; with reference to overseas projects, the third part has made an analogy of the current level of the information in China and put forward some experience and suggestions:government should attach great importance and strengthen the regulation; focus on agricultural information infrastructure construction; find the information model with Chinese characteristics; combine the science, teaching and research organically. Meanwhile, the problems of domestic information construction should be analyzed and studied to lay the foundation for further exploration of planting information construction in Dawangzhuang Town of Laiwu City.The forth part has given a detailed description of information construction level and progress in Dawangzhuang town of Laiwu city and found the advantages of planting industry. It is that we should gradually optimize production conditions. By analyzing the status of local planting industry, we have found that the development of planting industry is affected by the low management level of local government, lack of relevant talents, inadequate capacity to gather and analyze information, a shortage of funds. Also the farmer'low cultural level, lack of awareness, low utilization of information and poor transmission of information are also the reasons.Based on the discussion of this thesis, we suggest the government of Dawangzhuang town, Laiwu city focus on the following aspects to strengthen their agricultural information construction:give a full play of the government's leading role; improve the network construction of information service; strengthen the personnel training of information in planting industry; raise farmers awareness to use information; increase capital investment and strive to do a good job of information construction; make innovations of information service mode in planting industry:strive to develop the model of Internet plus agriculture to make an e-commerce of agricultural production; actively promote the development of local agricultural products.
