From the backwardness of new China to the reform and opening up then to the rise of great power.China's economy has gone through a development more than half a century.Under the right leadership of Communist Party of China(CPC)and arduous efforts from all the Chinese people.China's economy is facing a rare development opportunity.National manufacturing industry is also encountering unprecedented chances and challenges[1].New developing opportunities have been brought up for China's manufacturing industry since the 18th Chinese communist party congress.However.with the development and improvement of market economy.as well as changes in the world economic pattern.China's manufacturing industry is also facing several huge challenges.such as the loss of labor force advantages.the low productivity.the high employee turnover rate.and the rise of manufacturing industry in Southeast Asia.When the world economy tests Chinese economy.China's manufacturing industry is also testing our manufacturing managers.Under such situation,as a manufacturing company,R has to face such problems as los s of labor advantage,lack fervor in work,low productivity,great labor intensity,and high t urnover of employees.Therefore,the primary tasks for the management team of R are to mi nimize these problems,to improve the enthusiasm of employee,and to raise production effi ciency.In this study.we reviewed the current situation of the "R" company.Adopting the four main analytical methods.such as the existing material summing-up method.the questionnaire method.the interview method.and the combination of quantitative and qualitative method.we analyzed the development of"R" and summarized the problems in"R".With these questions.we critically analyzed "R".When analyzed the management problems and employee incentive schemes.we found that the main manufacturing crisis is the "first line staff crisis" in "R".It was shown that human resources are the key resources of enterprises.In order to improve enterprises' competence and increase enterprises' profit margins.we have to arouse the potential energy of employees and encourage them to create larger values.We also need to strengthen the internal management of enterprises.Efficient incentive schemes are important to ensure employees to actively participate in manufacturing production.Finally.we provided a targeted solution for "R"----"first line staff incentive schemes".We hope that our study on the individual case of "R" can be extended to the entire industry.thereby refining a common practical incentive scheme for first line staffs in manufacturing industry.
