Research On The Motivation Effectiveness Of R&D Staffs In Desay Technology Co.,LTD

With the rapid development of China’s economy, consumable electronic product is rapidly growing in popularity, the industry competition is growing fiercer than before. The competition among enterprises in the final analysis is the product competition, to maintain the competitive advantages of product, the key factor is the R&D. The R&D staffs play a major role in the creation of new product and the innovation of new technology, they are very important and special groups in the enterprises, and play an important part for the enterprises to survive and develop. How to effectively motivate this special group so it can maximize its full potential of creating and innovating for the enterprises has always been the focus of various companies.China is the center of global manufacturing, but there is a few research on motivation effectiveness of R&D in the domestic manufacturing enterprises, so there is relative lack of theoretical basis and practical management experience. To adopt what kind of encouragement way to stimulate the potential and enthusiasm of R&D staffs in the manufacturing enterprises is one of the main topics that management generally wants to solve.This article introduces the current excitation status of R&D in Desay Technology Co., Ltd, and attempts to find the motivation factors that different groups are concerned about through questionnaires, then combine with Herzberg’s Motivator-Hygiene theory and Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs Theory to analyze, and hope to find a method to solve the problem. Through those analysis and discussion, we look forward to provide some references on R&D excitation aspect for Desay Technology Co., Ltd.
