Enterprise needs constant innovation,because innovation is an effective strategy for organization to survive,develop and win.And employee innovation is the core and foundation of enterprise innovation.The prosperity and development of organization are directly affected by individual innovation behavior of employees.Employee innovation is the fundamental driving force for long-term development,survival of enterprises and is the key to maintain competitive advantage.There is no innovation without the development of enterprises.Employee innovation needs comprehensive support of enterprise environment,employee personal characteristics,technology,and resources.Innovation requires the recognition,utilization and integration of knowledge by employees.This includes the input of various types of resources and the sublimation of many problems.The key lies in the integration of resources and the cooperation of their own abilities.The specific technology in enterprise is one of the determinants of knowledge integration.The improvement of information system can effectively promote the integration of knowledge.The degree of social embedding of employees' work tasks and the tightness of internal links may lead to different types of knowledge integration.Personality characteristics of employees can also affect the effect of knowledge integration.Therefore,this paper focuses on the impact of technical quality,personal characteristics and task characteristics on the innovation behavior of employees through the perspective of knowledge integration.The questionnaire is used to test the theoretical model of enterprise socialmedia's technical quality and personal characteristics in promoting employee innovation behavior.The theoretical model proposed in this study contains five variables:technical quality,personal characteristics,task characteristics,knowledge integration and employee innovation behavior.This study is based on formal staff who is using enterprise social media in the enterprise for the experiment.130 copies of the electronic version of the questionnaire were recovered.150 copies of the paper version of the questionnaire were delivered,and 134 were recovered among them.The recovery rate was 89.3%.There were 215 valid questionnaires.The effective rate was 81.4%.This paper used AMOS,SPSS and other software for data processing.The theoretical models proposed in this paper are tested by descriptive statistics,reliability test,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,variance analysis,T-test and AMOS structural equation model analysis.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Technical quality promote employee innovation behavior through knowledge integration.In this paper,the main effect analysis shows that knowledge integration can effectively promote employee innovation behavior,in line with the theoretical assumptions proposed in this paper.And the accessibility,sociability and sophistication of technical features can effectively promote the integration of knowledge.(2)Personal characteristics promote employee innovation behavior through knowledge integration.In this paper,the main effect analysis shows that knowledge integration can effectively promote employee innovation behavior,in line with the theoretical assumptions proposed in this paper.And the computer self-efficacy of personal characteristics can effectively promote knowledge integration,which is consistent with the theoretical model of this paper.(3)Task interdependence has a moderating effect between technical quality,personal characteristics and knowledge integration;This paper concluded that the task interdependence can moderate the relationship between sociability and knowledge integration through moderator effect test;Task interdependence can moderate the relationship between availability and knowledge integration;Task interdependence can moderate the relationship between computer self-efficacy and knowledge integration.
