In order to improve the national core competitiveness, our country made the strategy of innovation and development.As the basis of organizational innovation, employee’s individual innovation behavior affects the future of an enterprise.Through the literature review we found that the individual characteristics, organization situation and leading factors all affect the performance of the employee innovative behavior.Organizational innovation atmosphere reflects the degree of innovation support in work environment that organization members can sense,it affects the produce and implement of employee innovation willing.Organization structure is an intrinsic property of varieties of structure forms, generally as an antecedent of the organizational performance, employee behavior and organizational climate and other variables.This paper introduced organizational innovation atmosphere as an intermediary variable, to explore the impact mechanism of organizational structure characteristics on employee innovative behavior.We make a little change on the basis of Organization Structure Characteristics Scale,Organization Innovation Atmosphere Scale and Innovation Behavior Scale,which three mature scales from the domestic scholars.Through the questionnaire survey method, we finally construct the research model.Through SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 data analysis softwares,we use the methods of exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the reliability and validity of questionnaires and the fitting degree of the model assumptions, and get the final validation results.Results show that:(1)Complexity, normalization and centralization,which are the three dimensions of the structure characteristics have a significant negative impact on employee innovative behavior;(2)Supervisor support, colleague support, organizational concept,resources supply and task characteristics,which are the five dimensions of the organization innovation atmosphere have a significant positive impact on employee innovative behavior;(3)Each dimension of organizational innovation atmosphere is a intermediary role between the organizational structure characteristics and the employee innovative behavior.
