With the development of Internet technology,cold chain delivery serving for te rminal 2C customers began to develop rapidly,while separate distribution leads to high logistics costs because of the small development scale,therefore,the cold ch ain distribution under 2B&2C mode becomes a new trend of logistics branch.At pr esent,cold chain distribution under 2B mode has been widely developed.However,the key technology of cold chain distribution under 2B&2C is immature,and route optimization,as the important part of urban distribution,is a valuable means to rea lize rational allocation of resources and to improve logistics efficiency as well the most significant technology in the whole logistics.This article aims to ensure its benefits of cold chain distribution under the mode of 2B&2C and to provide a me thod for optimizing delivery route.It also made the following studies for optimizin g cold chain distribution routes under 2B&2C mode:(1)To put forward the necessity of developing cold chain distribution and to analyze urban cold chain distribution under 2B&2C mode by analyzing the characteristics and current development of cold chain logistics.(2)To analyze the constitute elements of the routes optimization for cold chain distribution under 2B&2C mode through the research on basic issues in optimizing routes and the summary of optimizing methods in variety cases.Taking the minimum dispatch cost as target function to analyze its contents of cold chain distribution.To ascertain constraint conditions according to the characteristics of 2B&2C mode,then model to optimize routes and add the renewable strategy to reach the dynamic demands of 2C customers.Solving the route optimizing models of cold chain distribution under 2B&2C mode by two-stage method,which is firstly to find static solution by genetic algorithm and then to update the routes with local optimization strategies.(3)To apply the existed models to practical cases through studying the real customer data provided by one logistics enterprise in Beijing,offering a feasible plan of route optimization to related enterprises.By comparing distribution cost.of 2C and separate distribution cost of 2C under 2B&2C mode,we can draw that the cold chain distribution under2B&2C mode avails in reducing logistics costs and improving logistics efficiency.
