The Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Under The Siyang Populus's Economical

Under-forest economy need less investment, quicker effect, easier to operate and greater potential. The development of under-forest economy can shorten the forestry economy cycle, add forestry additional value, promote the sustainable development of forestry, expand the channels for increasing the income of farmers, develop recycling economy, and consolidate the results of ecological construction. So all above have important meaning. This paper on the basis of the poplar in Siyang County, according to the classification of economic operation mode, each mode selected specific business model, and using AHP method to analysis the economic benefits, ecological benefits, social benefits and comprehensive benefits of poplar under-forest economy. The results were as followed:(1) In terms of ecological benefits aspect, the ecological benefits of T2(poplar-soybean-rape) is much higher than other 7 modes, its ecological benefit value as high as 0.408, other 6 modes' ecological benefit value are between 0.2 and 0.3, except T8. The minimum T8(poplar-goose) mode' value is 0.066. Overall view, the ecological benefit of general forest planting management mode is higher than that of the under-forest farming model. Because under-forest planting generally requires soil preparation and fertilization, forest management more fine and other reasons.(2) In terms of economical benefits aspect, poplar-grain modes are less than poplar-medicinal material modes and poplar-farming modes. Because poplar-medicinal material modes and poplar-farming modes have obvious advantages over poplar-grains modes in the product prices and productions. Three modes of poplar-grains modes also have big differences. Probably because T3(poplar-potherb mustard) have higher production compare with T1 and T2. The economical benefits of T8(poplar-goose) is much higher than other 7 modes, its economical benefit value as high as 0.18, the lowest is T2(poplar-soybean-rape) mode is 0.033.(3) In terms of social benefits aspect, poplar-potherb mustard modes have highest social benefits value in the under-forest planting modes, T4(poplar-dandelion) has highest social benefits value is 0.083. The second mode is T5(poplar-trichosanthes) is 0.076. Probably because poplar-potherb mustard modes have a good ornamental value in the process of its growth compare to other modes. T6(poplar-cicada) has the lowest social benefits. Probably because its noise pollution is serious in the summer and variety of products is also relatively simple.(4) In terms of comprehensive benefits aspect, all modes' comprehensive benefits value is between 0.4 and 0.5 except T1(poplar-white-soybean) and T8(poplar-goose). T2(poplar-soybean-rape) has highest comprehensive benefits value is 0.496. Because it's ecological benefit is much higher than other modes, but the economic benefits and the social benefits value difference is not very big. And the most important benefits of poplar under-forest are reflected in the ecological and economic value. More and more attention has been paid to the development of forest ecological benefits in recent years. So T8(poplar-goose) has the lowest score in the ecological benefits, although it has a high economic value.But its comprehensive benefit is the lowest, only 0.319.(5) In the construction of poplar under-forest economy system should pay more attention to the system of graphic design is reasonable or not, mainly embodied in the level structure and the time sequence structure of the biological population. It mainly include design of forest population density, rational use of interplanting and multiple cropping, rational consideration about long-term, medium term and short term management, pay attention to short and mid term interplanting, use short term management support medium term, use medium term management support long term, use long term management promote short term management.
