The Airport industry of China has been gradually converted from relatively closed semi-militarized management into the system of responsibility for profit and loss on their own account. However, there are a large number of substitutes that are cheaper and more efficient compared to traditional part with the rapid growth of China's economy occupying the transportation market, such as high-speed rail and expressway, which has a great effect on the development of the Airport industry and aggravates the market competition.Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou as the center of South Gate in the “B&R” of National Development Strategy whose market position affected by Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Hong Kong International Airport and other large-scale ones. Otherwise, marketing pattern lacking of innovation and inclusive development model is influenced by state-owned system remained improved, the shortage of product innovation and the government policy support, leading to hysteresis development. There is a necessity that adopt effective means of marketing, aiming at differential target market to grasp the opportunity in the increasingly fierce competition since characteristic and monopoly in marketing strategy.The custom service and the marketing theory were applied to the article,take Baiyun Airport as an example, having an diagnosis on the main problems by means of the comprehensive analysis of internal and external environment, selecting marketing strategy based on a comprehensive assessment of the market environment and overall integration through matrix analysis.We have a willing to create an integrated and efficient system of marketing strategy to enhance competition and make a contribution to build a pragmatic and efficient marketing industry chain.
