The paper mainly analyzes the competitive of Manufacture sector of China in Global Value Chain(GVC)during 17 years from 1995-2011,Under the GVC background, the traditional way of statistics have shown significant limitations. In order to measure the true international trade situation, the "trade in value added” calculation method has been considered,It uses the input-output technology to decompose the added value generated by different nations. Then,I used these two indicators GVCincome and RCA—GVC on the basis of trade in value added in order to measure the level of competitiveness of China’s manufacture in the GVC Quantitatively. In the end,I try to create a Diffusion Coefficient based on the International input-output database for a comparative analysis of driving roles of each Manufacture sector of China’s foreign trade in the economy.Through a generally analysis,The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First, there are differences between traditional way of trade statistics and "trade in value added” calculation method to show the export scale of countries.and it has different performances for different element-intensity sectorSecond, from the view of one country,China gains more and more incomes with its deep involvement in GVC,and has more value of income and its rate than other countries.Third,Labor-intensity sector of manufacture in China still has high export competitive and this status can’t be changed in short-term,In the side of capital and technic intensity sctor,We show comparative competitive gradually, but still have big gap with Developed Economies.Fourth,The force of total Manufacture to economy is increasing in China, and the capital and technic intensity sctor show more and more influence, but still lower than Labor-intensity sector.
