Reasonable and effective Shipbuilding project plan can be very effective to arrange production work,greatly improve the bottleneck resources utilization,and reduce the uncertainty factors in production,make guidance to the project plan's implementation perfectly.The scientific project planning and the shipbuilding project management determines the management level and productivity level of shipbuilding enterprises.In the shipbuilding enterprises shift from traditional mode to the mode of lean manufacturing,shipbuilding management level and the improvement of program management is the key factor to realize the shipbuilding industry bigger and stronger now.Project management and technology development to today,after more than half a century,with the rapid development of science and technology level,a lot of shipbuilding enterprises to apply project management techniques to the actual and the faster to build the project,more and more project management tools in the shipbuilding project application to a great extent,improve the management level of the shipbuilding,greatly improve the efficiency of ship construction,enhances the competitiveness of shipbuilding enterprises in the international shipbuilding market.So,based on the new method of critical chain project management(CCPM)after an in-depth study,through the improvement of traditional project management method,introduces the method of critical chain project management into the shipbuilding enterprises in the management of the ship construction schedule.This article will research from the following four aspects:(1)ship construction progress management present situation of shipbuilding enterprises in our country.Analysis of the shipbuilding enterprises in our country the current problems existing in the ship construction schedule management,according to shipbuilding enterprises by application of pusher schedule management methods have no way to solve many problems such as resource conflict,put forward on the premise of limited resources critical chain project management technology in shipbuilding enterprises in the ship construction schedule management application.(2)the ship construction project WBS.Analysis of traditional project plan of the work breakdown structure;Analysis of a typical conventional ship construction project in our country,the shipbuilding project scoping and structural decomposition,establish a ship construction project work breakdown structure.(3)under the limited resources of critical chain management technology research.Under the limited resources of in-depth analysis to study on the key chain management technology,through the introduction of improved correction factor to the traditional to the root of the variance method,at the same time,using the method improved the root of the variance set the buffering capacity of the project.In a certain extent,solve the traditional in other factors determine the amount of buffer in the same view of the shortcomings,make the key chain management technology is more suitable for the shipbuilding enterprise actual production situation.(4)the critical chain project management method in the balanced utilization of resources and the advantages of shortening time limit for a project.For 38000 tons of chemical tanker slipway carrying plan,use critical chain project management method to plan,at the same time through and shipbuilding enterprises now use project management method of contrast,found that use critical chain management technology can not only shorten the construction period,and can be a balanced use of bottleneck resources.Consider concluded that the critical chain project management methods used in ship construction progress management of shipbuilding enterprises to be effective.
