As an important management method of modern enterprise or organization,project management has been playing an important role in the operation and development of all walks of life.At present,the development of the society makes the form of the project more complex,and the phenomenon of multi project management is a great challenge to the enterprise management.In particular,it is an effective method to improve the efficiency of the project,which is a complex project,such as the space model,the long project cycle,and the heavy workload.As an important area of project management,the key chain technology is becoming more and more important.The critical chain method is based on the theory of constraints,which is based on the traditional critical path method,increasing the consideration of resource constraints,and thus to obtain more effective project schedule,to achieve the project optimization control.The critical chain method,which is based on the theory of constraints,aggregation and central limit theorem,also takes into account the assumption of human behavior,such as student's syndrome,Parkinson's disease,which are important factors affecting the project management efficiency.The project schedule management is the development of the space model project,and according to the progress plan to control and rectify the process of the multi project implementation process.Based on the key chain method,a multi project scheduling management model is proposed,which is based on the key chain method,which is to establish the project network plan,identify the initial key route,identify and identify the bottleneck resource,determine the priority order of each project.In order to verify the validity of the above schedule management model,this paper makes a case study and application of the multi project combination of A and B.According to the basic situation of the project portfolio,we first use the traditional scheduling method to make the progress plan,and then according to the critical chain management method for the re arrangement of the schedule.The results show that the critical chain method can reduce the number of cycles of the project.Among them,the A project schedule period decreased by 2 days,and B and C's periods decreased by 10 days,Finally,according to the progress control method in the theoretical model,the project schedule control scenario simulation is carried out.The results show that the method can find out the deviation in the implementation of the project as soon as possible.
