With the continuous development of market economic system,China's economic situation has undergone enormous changes,the internal and external environment facing enterprises has also undergone tremendous changes,industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,enterprises must continue to strengthen their own human capital construction In line with the international economic development trend,human capital is the most fundamental element of enterprise development.Human resources management is inseparable from the incentive measures,and compensation is the most fundamental incentive system incentive mode.How to establish a people-oriented pay system and incentives,is a modern enterprise must face and study a major issue.The research topic is selected from Yizheng Metallurgical Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Industry,a small and medium-sized enterprises-SD company,first of the company's current sales staff salary incentive issues in-depth analysis and discussion.Through the analysis,it is found that there are many problems in the salary incentive system of the company,including the irrational salary structure,the lack of internal incentive measures,the lack of fair and reasonable performance appraisal system,the lack of competitive salary level and the limited incentive effect.The managers lack the advanced human resource management concept,managers lack the scientific sales staff salary management method,the property right system is not clear,the salary management technology and the method lag is the cause of these problems.Finally,some improvement measures are put forward according to the existing problems,including the establishment of the basic salary scheme of the system,the reasonable performance appraisal,the improvement of the performance compensation scheme,the provision of human welfare and the emphasis on career development.In this paper,the empirical research is used to carry out the research work,and the concrete case is the starting point of the research.Although the research results are lack of representation,it can provide some reference and reference for the incentive incentive policy of the same industry.
