Improper management of talent is an important cause of the decline of family business.The concept of "portal view,cronyism" is prevalent in China's family enterprises,which not only reduces the stability of talented personnel,but also discourages the enthusiasm and creativity of talented people,which leads to the continuous loss of talented personnel and seriously threatens the further development of enterprises.How to manage the talents,to form a high-quality and stability of the strong contingent of personnel,is facing a major family business problem.Based on this,this paper takes W Group as an example to analyze its talent management dilemma and the causes,and then put forward the corresponding coping strategies.The research of this paper is not only a useful complement to the case study of family business in China,but also contributes to the sustainable development of family business,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper analyzes the dilemma of talent management in W family enterprise by using theoretical analysis,literature summarization,and questionnaire survey and measurement model.The main conclusions are as follows: Firstly,talent management dilemma is characterized by low work enthusiasm,Low satisfaction and high turnover rate,the formation of both internal factors and external factors.Second,there was a significant positive correlation between age,management system,incentive mechanism,leadership style,salary and welfare,and employee satisfaction.There was a significant negative correlation between education level and job satisfaction and employee satisfaction,gender,working years and corporate culture not obvious.Thirdly,this paper puts forward countermeasures from two aspects: establishment and perfection of talent management system and optimization of enterprise ecological environment.Talent management system includes personnel selection system,employment system,enterprise training system,performance appraisal system,incentive mechanism,enterprise ecological environment including the construction of enterprise culture and the construction of brain drain warning mechanism.
