With the development of Henan coal group,Xinjiang Energy Chemical Co, Ltd (hereinafter referred to as HMXJ) in Xinjiang, the problem of brain drain is beginning to appear, the company’s normal business is severely constrained. The problem of brain drain force HMXJ to re-examine its own development plan and adjustment human resources development strategy. The purpose of this study is aiming at the problem of brain drain, which is appeared in the development process of HMXJ, analysising deep-rooted factors, and putting forward with the countermeasures, in order to solve the problem of brain drain and increase loyalty of employees, lay a strong foundation for the development of HMXJ. The significance of the study lies in guiding the management practice of HMXJ with the use of modern human resource theory, helping HMXJ to establish its own talent competition advantages, and promoting the rapid development of company in the end.This paper get the brain drain data of HMXJ through the questionnaire survey and the interview survey on the basis of the theories of scholars at home and abroads, including the questionnaires of the former employee, in-service employee and the outgoing employee, and the interviews of the ordinary workers, master the key factors of employee care most And through theoretical analysis and survey data for the support, analysis and thinking on the systematic status and causes loss to the HMXJ, by direct observation of staff selection of main factors leave:development prospects is not obvious, promotion opportunities, income and welfare level is low; using factor analysis method to get the important enlightenment:on the one hand, HMXJ should fully recognize the talents for the various elements of value choice degree of difference; on the other hand, because of the influence degree, age, length of service, income and job duties and other demographic variables or occupation of different background variables, personnel turnover on employment or intention will change accordingly Combined with the factors and the implications of these effects, In this essay we put forward five specific preventative measures under the principle of "for the people" to reduce brain drain in HMXJ so as to promote the company’s development, the measures are:building a market competitive compensation system, refining management measures of different groups, establishing effectiveness training system, strengthening the construction of talents reserves and the strengthening mechanism of innovation and reform.The data is obtained based on personal practice, and focused on the combining of analysis of theory and practice, so it is believed that it can solve the problem of brain drain for HMXJ and has practical reference significance.
