Research On Corporate Social Responsibility Information Disclosure And Degree Of Fulfillment Of Forestry Corporations In China

The collective forest right system in our country has experienced several changes and there still exist many common problems. The series of problems restrict the development of forestry in China to a large extent. In order to promote forestry development and further liberate the productivity of forestry industry, we should develop modern forestry matched with modern economy and culture, increase the income of forestry farmers, promote the sustainable development of forestry, maintain ecological civilization construction and implement the forest right system reform. In such big environment of forestry development, especially that enterprises are more and more important in social economic development, how to develop forestry enterprise is urgent. In the late 1950 s, malicious influence brought by ecological problems such as environmental disruption and resource shortage of our country and even the world was increasingly obvious. Combined with the severe competition in the market environment, it could not be the first and the only goal for enterprise development to obtain the maximum profit. It is the necessary condition for enterprises' long-term development to provide high-quality after-sales service, transparent and open safe production of products, ensure the sustainable development of employees and protect environment. Forestry enterprises are completely resource-based enterprises, and forestry also shoulders the responsibility of global ecological environment. Therefore, forestry enterprises fulfill social responsibility. How to develop sustainably has become one of the key strategic projects of our country and even countries all over the world. Governments and scholars of different countries pay more and more attention on the research of related topics and social responsibilities of forestry industries have gradually become the research hotspot. Under the big environment that social responsibility disclosure status and performance situation of Chinese forestry industries are not optimistic, the disclosure situation of social responsibilities of Chinese forestry industries is accounted. The evaluation system is designed to evaluate the report level of enterprises and the evaluation result is set as the value of empirical analysis. Empirical analysis of the influencing factors for enterprises' fulfilling social responsibilities is carried out using methods of statistical analysis, intending to provide suggestions with practical significance for governments and enterprises, improve the situation of low attention degree and low fulfillment degree of fulfilling social responsibilities of Chinese forestry industries.The main research contents of this paper are the influencing factors of fulfilling social responsibilities of Chinese forestry industries. First, the present status of publishing enterprise social responsibilities of Chinese forestry is accounted and described using methods such as internet searching, on-site collection and information collection of relevant association etc. According to the information collected, scientific evaluation system of social responsibility disclosure level of forestry enterprises is built combined with the previous study of enterprise social responsibility evaluation. The final score of each enterprise is obtained and the evaluation results are accounted and analyzed. The sample enterprises are scored based on the evaluation system. Then, on the basis of the previous theoretical analysis and current situation of samples collected in this paper, the independent variable is set. The influence factors of fulfilling social responsibilities of Chinese forestry industries are obtained using internet to collect relevant data and methods of factor analysis and monadic linear analysis. Finally according to the results, relevant policies and suggestions are proposed to promote Chinese forestry enterprises to actively fulfill social responsibilities and provide theoretical credentials for the government to formulate relevant policies and regulations. The results show that five aspects of management situation of business, employee development plan, attention to environment protection and resource saving, marketing and management of products, enterprises' paying taxes according to law and attention to charitable contribution have an effect on enterprises' fulfillment of social responsibilities. Governments and relevant associations including enterprises themselves could propose suggestions and make changes to promote the fulfillment of social responsibilities of Chinese forestry industries according to the influencing factors above, which includes improvement of the relevant laws and regulations, attention to product revolution by forestry enterprises, attention to employee development of forestry enterprises and attention to environment protection and energy saving by forestry enterprises.
