Since the policies of reform and Open-door were implemented in China,a lot of foreign capital was invested into China and China was made the biggest receiver of Foreign Direct Investment among the developing countries.The entrance of multinational corporations brings a great impulse on our economic development.At the same time,we are forced to face the question:What else can multinational corporations bring to us except the development of economics?Many attentions were paid to the issue of the Social Responsibilities of multinational corporations since the 90s in 20^th.It is also a brand-new problem to China.In recent years, many multinational corporations did not take their social responsibilities well in China.A lot of credit crisis problems have emerged in an endless stream including the safety of products,pollutions,monopolization,totally disregard for consumers and commercial frauds etc.The issue of how to take the social responsibilities becomes the barrier of the further development of multinational corporations in China.Beginning with the current situation of social responsibilities of multinational corporations in China,the paper analyzes the reasons of the emerged problems and gives advices on how to boost the multinational corporations to take social responsibilities in China.The advices proposed by the paper can not only give the guide for multinational corporations to further development in China,but also give the reference to the Chinese local enterprises in taking social responsibilities in China.
