In electronic manufacturing industry, the competition turns to be tougher than even before. The customers expect the product not only with the low price, but also with the high-quality and service. Proper quality management system will enable the organization to be stronger to win the market competition and customer expectation. The emphasis of this thesis is to figure out the advantages vs disadvantages, challenges vs opportunities of the quality management system at Flextronics industrial park during the tough economic conditions since 2008, so as to propose some countermeasures of improvement for the previous quality management system. Meanwhile, the case that the author chooses is a typical one which can provide solid analysis and references for other electronic manufacturing firms' continuous improvement of quality system.
