Especially the executive, who has the power directly to the business activities of senior management, has become an important driving force to promote enterprise development. Efficiency of enterprise management level and the steady and rapid development mainly depends on the quality of senior management. How to assess the quality of senior management becomes the focus of the study of the major companies. Therefore, enterprises must be able to reasonably and scientifically establish quality assessment indicators of corporate senior management, the scientific selection of the senior management of the quality assessment, and effective use of corporate executives, selection, performance evaluation and training of human resources management the work.On the basis of domestic and international quality assessment theory to the senior management of the electronics manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province for evaluation, this article gives a comprehensive description on how to build the executives of the quality evaluation model. Analysis of the current executives Quality Assessment Research, there has the need for the evaluation of the quality of the electronics manufacturing industry executives. Starting from the introduction executives, quality and the related concepts of talent evaluation, described in detailed theories of executive quality and quality assessment method, electronic manufacturing executives in Shanxi Province analyzed the current situation and depended on this basis, came up with the problems of executive quality assessment from the evaluation theory, evaluation methods and evaluation criteria and other aspects.Using experience to analyze proceeding with building a quality assessment index system of the electronics manufacturing industry executives and in accordance with the applicability of existing methods of assessment to establish the evaluation methodology, it is to establish the corresponding method and quality characteristics evaluation criteria system according to the current development of the electronics manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province. Meanwhile, this article first attempts to use the BP neural network to build the electronics manufacturing industry executives Quality Testing Model, and to verify the model analysis and validation by the evaluation of the senior management of a group instance. Finally, this paper proposes recommendations to improve the evaluation of Shanxi Province, the quality of the electronics manufacturing industry executives.Executives Quality Assessment in the electronics manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province has been studied, and it hopes to provide reference quality assessment for the electronics manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province executives by the study.This paper’s innovations:1.
