Under the background of the Communist Party of China and the State Council put forward the “public entrepreneurship and innovation”,the information economy entrepreneurship and innovation which use the mobile Internet as the main carrier boomed.With the aid of mobile Internet terminal platform,a growing number of entrepreneurs sharing the core new retail model through socialization,and realize the transformation and upgrade.With the “ecological integration” progress of Internet information technology and traditional industry,Internet,especially the mobile Internet is about to usher in the explosive growth opportunities.In this era,seize the mobile Internet traffic dividend period,conduct better marketing work through the mobile Internet social networking platform is the problem facing by each enterprise.Hangzhou Diffusion Cloud Company is the emerging enterprise which born in the special background.Diffusion Cloud Company use mobile Internet social marketing as the breakthrough point,provide a package of solutions to the enterprise marketing and the surrounding.This paper uses the integration of Michael Porter five forces model,SWOT analysis,marketing theory of 4 PS for reference,combine with the present condition of the national mobile Internet market to conduct in-depth study.In this paper,firstly,we use the analysis of induction to analyze the macro and mobile Internet market environment,and have a clear vision of the environment and development.Secondly,by using SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development of Diffusion Cloud Company,using the four elements comprise a SWOT matrix,and develop ST,WT,SO and WO four strategies,help the diffusion cloud company managers to clarify the internal and external marketing environment,and develop the company's strategies.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy of the company,also need support and guarantee.The marketing strategy innovation methods and ideas in this paper can provide some valuable theoretical reference and practical experience for enterprises to develop appropriate mobile Internet social marketing in the current market environment.
