Research On Coupling Principle And Evolution Model Of Civil Military Integration Industry With Regional Economic Development

Regional civilian-military integration economy development is the realistic requirement to coordinate economic construction and national defense construction,it is of great strategic significance for the realization of national defense construction and regional economic's exchange,complementarity,interaction and mutual win.In areas with relatively concentrated resources of national defense science and technology,Civil military integration industry has become a new economic growth point,to provide innovative power for economic development and transformation,and the development of the regional economy provides technology,capital and environmental protection for the further growth of military and civilian integration industry.Studying the status between the military and civilian integration industry and regional economic development,exploring a higher degree of mutual integration has become an important part of promoting civil military integration industry and regional economic coordinated interactive development.In this paper,from the perspective of system coupling,Firstly,using Literature analysis method and factor analysis method to construct the coupling field index of regional economy and civil military integration industry,and the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province as an example,the coupling coordination degree is calculated.Secondly,the coupling principle of action is analyzed from the aspects of the conditions,types,factors,processes and mechanisms of civil military integration industry embedded in regional economic development.And then,on the basis of the above analysis,the coupling evolution mode is calculated.Finally,according to the empirical research conclusion put forward coupling strategy to promote the integration of military and civilian industrial and regional economic development.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From the perspective of coupling coordination,before 2005,with the passage of time,the coupling coordination degree of civil military integration industry embedded in regional economic development is increasing year by year.As of 2013,the coupling coordination degree has reached 0.97421,stepped into a highly coupled development phase.(2)From the perspective of coupling principle,Civil military integration industry and regional economic interaction from the aspects of conditions,types,factors,processes and mechanisms,together constitute the mechanism of this two system,thus to continuously promote the two to move forward in a coordinated couping.(3)From the perspective of the evolution of coupling model,the coupling evolution model of the military and civilian integration industry and regional economic development is roughly between the antagonistic type,running in type and harmonious type,and the three phase of mutual conversion and replacement,did not change with the passage of time from the antagonistic to the coordinated type.
