| At present, with the development of the national economy level, people can increase the free income, people are not only satisfied with the current material life,and to the pursuit of a higher spiritual life, and people travel demand desire will be more and more intense, so the national tourism development prospects will be getting better and better, by reading a lot of literature, there are different influences from the development of the tourism industry of regional economy on tourism destination. At the same time, cannot be ignored, also has a certain influence on the development of regional economy for the development of the tourism industry, the level of economic development of a region determines whether the region has the ability to improve the tourism infrastructure, determines whether the region has the ability to invest, in the tourism industry subsidies and support, determines whether the region has the capacity to organize all kinds of marketing activities for the region’s tourism industry.Therefore, the development of tourism industry and regional economic development are closely linked, mutual promotion, mutual influence, and ultimately to achieve common development. In view of this, this paper takes the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the research object, carries on the empirical research of coupling coordination between tourism industry of tourism industry of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the coupling coordination degree of regional economy and the 15 prefectures and regional economy. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of Xinjiang tourism industry in the future development of Xinjiang regional economy and the future, while providing reading material for the love and care for the economic development of Xinjiang tourism in Xinjiang or to understand the relationship between the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region tourism industry and regional economic development of the individual.In this paper, by the coupling coordination degree model, the development of relations of Xinjiang and Xinjiang 15 cities’ tourism industry and regional economyquantitative study and qualitative analysis that the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The empirical analysis of the coupling degree between the tourism industry and the regional economy present trend growth in the 2000-2013 on the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. From the 2000-2013 years of this 14 years, the the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region tourism industry system and regional economic system of the coupling coordination degree(except 2003, 2009) the overall upward trend year by year. And from 2000 on the verge of imbalance, a gradual transition to from 2001 to 2004 of barely coordination, 2005-2006 entered the primary coordination state, 2007-2008 transition to the coordination of intermediate state, but in 2009 and returned to the primary coordination state. This is due to the 2009 Urumqi "7.5" events of the influence to the development of Xinjiang tourism industry leads to results, in 19 provinces and cities counterpart support Xinjiang policy, from2010 to 2011, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region tourism industry system and regional economic system coupling coordination degree achieve good coordination level, to 2012 and 2013 reached excellent coordination state.(2) The coordination degree of the tourism industry and the regional economy in Urumqi during the 2007-2013 year is increasing year by year. Urumqi City in 2007 and 2008 the tourism industry and regional economic coupling coordination degree has reached the stage of primary coordination, slightly lower than the coupling at the same time the Xinjiang tourism industry and regional economic coordinated degree.In 2009 the coupling coordination degree reached the intermediate coordination stage,slightly higher than the coordination degree of the whole Xinjiang tourism industry and regional economy. Under the national policy to the coupling of the 2010 and2011 Urumqi tourism industry and regional economic coordinated degree reached the level of good coordination degree, 2012 and 2013 reached grade high quality coordinated, consistent with the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.(3) The coupling coordination degree of tourism industry in 2007 Karamay Cityand regional economic for primary coordination level, from 2008 to 2011 has been maintained in the intermediate coordinated degree, in Karamay industrial structure adjustment, the development of tourism industry of Karamay get strong support,2012, the coupling of the Karamay in the tourism industry and regional economic coordination degree rise to good coordination level, in 2013 reached the level of high quality coordinated, consistent with the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.(4) 2007-2013, Shihezi City, the tourism industry system and regional economic system coupling coordination degree value fluctuated, is not stable due to the resulting in Shihezi City as the red tourism city, Xinjiang did not particularly well-known tourist attractions, visitors are not stable.(5) The Turpan region, from 2007, the coupling coordination degree of the region’s tourism industry system and regional economic system of value has reached more than 0.8, into a well- coordinated development stage, higher than the value of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Tourism Industry and regional economy coupled coordination and from 2007 to 2011, the 5 years the coupling coordination degree value resides in Xinjiang, for the first time. This is due to the Turpan tourism industry is relatively developed, Turpan is the Silk Road route, is the culture of the East and west of the crossroads of, at the crossroads of four civilizations, with Xinjiang’s famous tourist attractions 5A grade scenic area and the Grape Valley, 4A level scenic area Karez, Flame Mountain and national key cultural relics protection of the ancient city of Jiaohe. Moreover, people also can to Turpan area of sand therapy.Any visitor to the Xinjiang tourist, the itinerary will be arranged in the tourist attractions in Turpan area.(6) In Hami region, Tacheng region, Altai region, Bayinguoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and Aksu area of tourism industry and regional economy coupling coordination grade trend is very similar, 2007-2009 have entered the primary coordination phase, in addition, Aksu Prefecture in 2010 into the goodcoordination phase, the remaining four regions in 2010 into the stage of intermediate coordination, 2011 Annual achieve good coordination degree stage, to 2012 and 2013 into high quality coordinated stage, indicating that the four areas of tourism industry and regional economic mutual promotion and mutual influence degree of year by year in strengthening.(7) In Changji Hui Autonomous, 2007-2009 tourism industry and regional economic coupling coordination degree has been maintained in the stage of barely coordination, below this time period of the Xinjiang’s tourism industry and regional economy coupling coordination degree. Entering the initial coordination phase in2012, the grade of coordination in 2010 and 2013 entered the grade of quality coordination, which was consistent with the whole the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region..(8)The coupling of the 2007 directly under Yili County, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture Tourism Industry and regional economy coordination degree are barely coordination stage, below this time in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; in 2008 and 2009 annual entered the coordination of primary stage, to 2012 and 2013, reaching an average level of high quality coordinated.(9) 2007, Beertala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and Hetian Prefecture Tourism Industry Regional Economy of the coupling coordination degree have entered the stage of primary coordination, but after seven years of development to2012 and 2013 the two regions tourism industry and regional economic coupling coordination development level to the good coordination of the stage, coupling is lower than the same period of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous District Tourism Industry and regional economic coordinated degree. Also found that to 2013 Hotan Prefecture Tourism Industry and regional economy the coupling coordination degree of the sudden drop in value, which in southern Xinjiang in 2013 unstable in Hetian area of the development of the tourism industry decline.(10) In Kashi area ‘s tourism industry and regional economy coupling coordination degree value from 2007 to 2012 years there has been a rise in the state,from the coordinated development of the initial stage to intermediate coordination level and finally to the level of high quality coordinated.
