Research On The Development Strategy Of Civil Industry In Institute Of Aerospace Science And Technology Under The Background Of Civil-military Integration

In recent years,along with the steady development of economy and the continuous enhancement of comprehensive national strength,China’s national security and development environment are generally stable.In order to further overall strengthen economic construction and national defense,China has elevated the integration of military and civilian development into a national strategy,and put forward the following strategic requirements: “Adhering to the consideration of both development and security,adhering to the unity of the rich country and strong army,strengthening the implementation of unified leadership,top-level design,reform and innovation,and major projects,deepening the restructuring of defense-related science,technology and industry,forming a pattern of in-depth military-civilian integration,and building an integrative national strategic system and capability.” As a traditional state-owned aerospace and military industrial enterprise,S Research Institute of CASC gradually and deeply promotes the development of civil industry in accordance with the requirements of the military-civilian integration strategy and economic development,while giving priority to ensuring national defense security and completing the task of developing armaments and weapons.It has therefore become an important issue to whichS Research Institute of CASC shall pay attention to choose an effective development strategy,to give full play to the enterprise’s own advantages and combine with various market elements,and to survive and achieve sustainable development in the fierce civil industry market competition.In this essay,by taking the in-depth development strategy of advancing military-civilian integration as the background,and on the basis of related theoretical literatures,we summarized the current situation of military-civilian integration development at home and abroad,and by selecting the civil industry of S Research Institute of CASC as the research object and comprehensively using the enterprise strategic management theory and relevant analysis tools,we confirmed the key factors such as internal and external environment,opportunities and threats,capabilities and disadvantages of the enterprise and carried out the ratio of weight and weighting calculation of these key factors through PEST analysis,external factor evaluation(EFE analysis)and internal factor evaluation(IFE analysis),and we also carried out a quantitative analysis to the selected strategy with the joint application of SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix.And we finally obtained the corresponding implementation measure order,by which we studied the design,selection and implementation of the strategic plan for the civil industry development of S Research Institute of CASC under the current situation and put forward corresponding suggestions on optimization.We hoped that this study could provide some reference and help for the development of civil industry economy of S Research Institute of CASC.
