With the coming of information era,the rapid development of the Internet promote the reform of the people from all works of life.Combining some problems,such as informatization,high degree of homogeneity,fierce competition and lack of innovation,traditional manufacturing industry also came up with “ Industry 4.0” for transformation and innovation.From 1997,the setup of Skyworth Figures,to now,though its core Set-Top Box business has created eight consecutive years of market share of the first performance,it also begins its own way of reform in information era.Based on the theory of strategic management,through the method of literature research,case study method,through the analysis of its internal and external strategy environment,according to the Internet,manufacturing industry,digital cable television industry environment and Skyworth Figures' own finance,organizational structure,production,labor power and marketing,we can analyze and find out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Skyworth Figures,formulate its long-term business strategy target.First,with a vertical integration strategy to integrate the existing product and plan the future product line.Second,with the core of innovation strategy to enhance manufacturing enterprise innovation ability,so that realize the change from manufacturing to innovation,to intelligent manufacturing.Finally,using efficiency promotion strategy to change the weaknesses of original enterprises,like large in scale,poor in efficiency and weak in reaction ability of the market.Through the above three strategies to achieve the market target,social target and innovation target,and realize the business mission of creating greater value-added space for operators,helping customers achieve high-quality audio-visual enjoy,and becoming a domestic leading and international well-known digital network intelligent terminal,a home multimedia intelligent center and an information value-added services business operator and provider.The purpose of this article is not only to formulate development strategies for Skyworth Figures,but also to guide the development of manufacturing industry in such an environment and enrich the real case of strategic management theory.
