Corporate banking services of the bank covering the enterprises ?institution as well as the administrative unit.These kinds of units take a large percentage on the bank business.As the main source of income in commercial banks and the service object is different from the natural person,the development of the company's business especially its risk control directly affect the development of the commercial bank.Therefore,commercial banks should focus on business justification and risk controllable while promoting the banking business.For the optimization of the structure and the improvement of the service's quality,the author apply case analysis and chart analysis method to summarize the relevant risk points and explore risk prevention ways in hope of providing reference value for the other joint-stock commercial banks.In this paper,the author analyse the opertational risk of the company's business and mainly starts from recognition of the operational risk.At The same time,the author make a study on the credit risk,legal risk,reputation risk and liquidity risk which may be induced and summarize the risk prevention monitoring system of A bank,as well as provid comments on promenting the risk system.In the end of the paper,the author take a improvement research on operational risk system in hope of providing constructive suggestion for other joint-stock commercial banks.Due to the limited ability,there are some shortcomes in this paper.But this paper is combined with the actual reflection and study on public business management problems and actual cases deeply,I hope this article on the prevention and control of joint-stock commercial banks Corporate Banking Services risk can provide some help and reference to help them to improve risk prevention awareness and constantly improve the risk prevention and control system.
