With the rapid development of China's market economy,the types and quantities of bank business are increasing,and various risks are followed.As the main source of income for banks in our country,corporate banking services are very important to the operation of banks.Banks should not only pay attention to the construction of public service framework,but also pay attention to the risk management and control of banks,which is directly related to the sustainable development of banks.As one of the three major risks of bank risks,which including credit risk,market risk and operational risk,operational risk is affected most by human factors.Based on the research object of the branch behavior of SC Bank,this paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the branch A of SC Bank in preventing the risks of public business,and makes case analysis and chart analysis on the economic losses brought to the bank by the branch A of SC Bank in the past ten years.Moreover,this paper also sums up the relevant risk points in the bank's public business,establishes relevant models,explores the specific methods of the bank in the risk prevention management,and hopes to provide reference for the risk prevention management of public business of other banks in our country.In the process of analyzing the operational risks of the public business of China SC Bank,this paper starts with the identification of operational risks,and analyzes the causes of other risks that may be induced,such as credit risks,liquidity risks,market risks,national risks,strategic risks,etc.The main problems are lack of awareness of risk prevention in the management department,unreasonable structure of the risk prevention department and defects in the system process,lack of effective management assessment mechanism in the risk prevention department,lack of management personnel with special risk prevention experience,ineffective risk supervision,and low quality of staff risk management.Further research and summary are made on various causes of risks.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for improvement are put forward to provide constructive suggestions for risk prevention and management of other commercial banks in China.The main innovation of this paper lies in integrating theory with practice through case analysis,and applying theoretical model to actual operational risk assessment.This paper also evaluates the current situation of risk management in SC Bank's sub-branch A by combining the methods of previous literature summary,expert interview,questionnaire survey and two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.In order to finally put forward specific measures to reduce operational risks,such as determining a clear direction of risk prevention work,strengthening the implementation of the assessment system and adopting risk prevention and control methods to avoid risks.Then the Bank will have an improved risk prevention system.
