Bank Of China H Branch Operational Risk Management Research

In recent years,as science and technology develop,financial criminal cases have taken place in many Chinese banks.Most cases were caused by risk managements,which not only impact on security of bank capital,but also impact on the public credibility of banks indirectly.How to prevent the risk management of banks is a problem that is needed to be solved.In order to reach the aim,it is important to make research on risk management.For many years,China Bank H Branch have existed a lot of deficiency on risk management,which includes self precaution and and solution to problems of risk management.They severely affect risk control and business development of H Branch.Therefore,the paper aims to make research on risk management of H Branch,and tries to make a breakthrough on prevention of risk control,which can offer help to competition and development of China Bank H Branch.Through learning relative theories on risk management in China and abroad,China Bank H Branch as the key aim is to be studied.Firstly,the paper makes research on previous study and important financial cases in China and abroad,during which the paper takes many real cases as examples.The paper analyzes the examples and gives specific solutions.Secondly,as for the way to solve the risk management,in the before,the solutions were temporary or surfacial.The paper makes use of literature research method case study method to give the optimal solution.In order to make the research going on smoothly and reach the research aim,the paper firstly analyzes previous risk management of China Bank H Branch according to standards and then summarize the Probability and frequency.Then I will submit a report to operation management department and domestic control department of Branch Bank in black and white.After getting the agreement of leaders,the operation management department will take charge of work.During the implement,several branch banks can be the experimental units for the sake of safety.They can make their special plans and build supervisory mechanism to supervise them.At last,during the implement,the way can be changed and adjusted to according to practical situation tomake sure that strategy of prevention of risk mangement is effective.
