A comprehensive free trade zone(set up in inland areas has bonded port function areas under special customs supervision),is a special open area in our country at present the mostpreferential policies the most complete function and the most simplified procedures.In October 21,2015,the State Council officially approved the establishment of a comprehensive free trade zone Jinyi,this is the first history of Jinhua by the State Council approved the major policy platform,will inject new vitality into the development of export-oriented economy in Jinhua.This paper first introduces the basic concept of special customs supervision area,and conducts empirical research on the operation of special customs supervision areas at home and abroad,focusing on the problems existing in the traditional comprehensive protection zones and the present comprehensive protection zones,thinking Jinyi Comprehensive Bonded Zone How to get out of a suitable for their own development of the new road.At the same time,using strategic management theory,SWIT analysis of Jinyi Comprehensive Free Trade Zone is made,and a strategic system suitable for its own development is worked out.Finally,the author analyzes the environment and foundation of development strategy of Jinyi Comprehensive Bonded Zone,constructs the security system of near and long term development,and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of Jinyi Comprehensive Bonded Zone.Through the study,also hope to provide some reference to the relevant departments of the comprehensive bonded zone,and can give some reference to the development of the enterprise in the area or to be settled in the comprehensive bonded zone...
