For the preservation of fresh juice need combined with computer technology now.In this thesis, the research aims to meet the needs of freshly squeezed juice fresh for monitoring, with the help of the Internet technology design and develop freshly squeezed juice fresh monitor iot system platform, in order to improve the preservation time of keeping fresh of freshly squeezed juice and nutrients. This article firstly analyzes the freshly squeezed juice preservation technology present situation and the market, and after the analysis of the current status it explains the main work of this paper. System uses PHP + MySQL + Apache technology development, combined with virtualization technology in the whole process of the implementation of freshly squeezed juice fresh quality control, a trace is generally used to the food quality monitoring mechanism, implements the freshly squeezed juice quality assurance means of real-time control, to ensure that the quality of freshly squeezed juice.This system is mainly according to current situation of freshly squeezed juice preservation technology of keeping fresh is analyzed, around freshly squeezed juice fresh monitoring requirements development of application software systems.
