In the 21st century,energy is still the basis for the development of a country.It is the blood and pillar of the national economy and the modern economy.With the rapid development of China's economy,in the context of rapid development,energy consumption and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent to the point where they must be taken seriously.Therefore,energy conservation,emission reduction and consumption reduction have become the key issues in our country's sustainable development.The petrochemical industry is an industry with huge energy consumption and high pollution emissions,while the ethylene industry is the foundation and core of the petrochemical industry.Therefore,the evaluation and optimization of energy consumption in ethylene production process can provide an important basis and ideas for the production of ethylene process industry and the method of energy saving and emission reduction.This paper mainly studies the energy consumption evaluation of ethylene industry and the optimization of ethylene production scheduling.The main factor affecting the calculation of ethylene energy consumption is the standard oil factor of all kinds of energy dissipating refrigerants.At present,ethylene production units basically refer to the national standard GB/T 2589-2008 conversion coefficient of petrochemical industry to calculate energy consumption.The energy conversion coefficient is different from the actual situation of the ethylene plant.When add the new energy medium,the corresponding conversion coefficient is lacking.When the engineering production technology changes,the conversion coefficient does not change correspondingly.Different ethylene production facilities,different ethylene production scales,and different production technologies use the same set of energy consumption calculation standards,which is obviously unreasonable.In the ethylene production,the ethylene plant consists of several or more than a dozen cracking furnaces to form the cracking furnace group for production.Due to the cracking characteristics,the cracking furnace has the function of shutting down the furnace and cleaning the coal.Therefore,its operation and technical level have an important and direct impact on energy consumption,product quality,pollution emissions,and profitability of the entire production process.On the basis of energy consumption evaluation,scheduling optimization of cracking furnace group is of great significance.The contents of this paper are as follows:1.A mathematical model is proposed,which comprehensively analyzes the impact of energy consumption working medium on the energy consumption based on IDA(indicators decomposition analysis)energy performance analysis method and energy saving potential analysis method.First of all,the IDA index decomposition method is used to get the energy consumption activity,structure,and strength 3 indexes to get the energy saving energy and the use of ESP energy saving potential method to get the energy saving.Then build energy consumption IDA-ESP model based on energy-consuming working medium.Using the improved cuckoo optimization algorithm to identify the parameters of the model,the energy consumption models under different scales are used to determine the corresponding energy dissipation factor for different ethylene production devices,different production technologies and scale establishment models.Finally,the real level of energy consumption of different ethylene plants under different scales is analyzed,which lays the foundation for further guiding the industry to make effective energy saving measures.2.A new optimal scheduling model for cracking furnace is proposed.Compared with previous studies,the model for raw material processing time limit time window,more in line with the actual operation,considering the responsible for air quality,time limit to the decoking emissions reduced carbon emissions,reduce the adverse impact on the environment.Improve energy efficiency and benefits under the premise of achieving carbon emission standards.
