Controlling and reducing the carbon emission of inland river ships is the need of promoting the energy conservation and emission reduction and green development of China's ships.As a large number of inland river ships,the evaluation method of energy efficiency status of Yangtze River navigation-aids maintaining vessel is of great significance to the energy conservation,emission reduction and green development of Yangtze River inland ships.The analysis and Research on the causes of abnormal energy efficiency can help engineers to determine the equipment with abnormal energy efficiency and provide reference for energy efficiency improvement of marine energy consumption equipment.Firstly,this paper analyzes the hydrological and meteorological characteristics of the Yangtze River waterway,as well as the equipment operation characteristics,operation mode and energy efficiency characteristics of the navigation-aids maintaining vessel,puts forward the energy efficiency level evaluation method based on EEOI and reflects the characteristics of the Yangtze River Navigation-aids maintaining vessel,and establishes the energy efficiency rating method of the navigation-aids maintaining vessel based on the energy efficiency evaluation index of the Yangtze River navigation-aids maintaining vessel.The results show that the method can accurately reflect the current energy efficiency status of the Yangtze River navigation-aids maintaining vessel,and has certain rationality.Secondly,the main factors affecting ship operation energy efficiency and their interaction mechanism are analyzed,and a ship main engine energy efficiency white box model considering navigation environment factors is established.The model uses the input parameters of main engine speed,wind speed,wave height,velocity and water depth to obtain the current real-time operation energy efficiency index,fuel consumption and speed of the ship.Through the model simulation,the influence of the main engine speed and navigation environment parameters on the ship energy efficiency operational indicator is analyzed.The research results show that the ship energy efficiency operational indicator increases with the increase of the main engine speed.When the main engine is at low speed,the operation energy efficiency operational indicator increases slowly;when the main engine speed is high,the operation energy efficiency operational indicator increases rapidly;the navigation environment factors will affect the ship operation energy efficiency operational indicator Among the navigation environmental parameters,flow velocity has the most significant effect on EEOI,while other environmental parameters have limited impact on EEOI.Finally,a method is proposed to analyze the causes of abnormal energy efficiency in propulsion system by analyzing the change trend of energy transfer coefficient.Using the intermediate variable of energy efficiency model,taking the simulation data fitting curve as the baseline and the box diagram statistical principle to determine the threshold value,using the threshold method to determine the distribution range of the normal operating parameters of the propulsion system equipment,through the analysis of the transfer coefficient relationship curve to determine whether the equipment energy efficiency status is normal,and analyze the causes of the propulsion system energy efficiency abnormality,so as to provide marine engineers with the energy efficiency improvement of marine energy consumption equipment Reference basis.
