A gasfield uses gas booster to supercharge natural gas. There are 26 booster stations and 74 boosters. Compared with other stations, TC has more boosters and the temperature of gas is higher. The emission of the gas not only waste energy, but also pollute the environment. Using the booster to generate electricity is saving energy and protecting environment. This paper study the feasibility analysis of waste heat generating electricity of TC booster, construct the waste heat power generation equipment, analysis energy saving and risk of waste heat energy saving. The main work and achievements are as follows:(1) Track and retrieve the booster station waste heat power generation technology at home and abroad and the latest progress in related fields. Learning the application of waste heat power generation, basic situation of TC booster station, natural gas reserves, the amount of waste heat resource and pressurized gas, electricity and other relevant information.(2) Have a Research on TC gas booster station location, topography, hydrology, climate, water, earthquakes, geology and so on. The location of TC is not affected by floods, landslides and debris flows of geological disasters. Satisfy the minimum distance between collision avoidance of fracture. Analysizing the feasibility of the project about TC location.(3) Analysize TC gas booster station unit operation condition, the consumption of gas. According to the booster parameters such as temperature, air-fuel ratio, calculates the waste heat resource.(4) According to the provisions of the enterprise fixed assets investment project management, estimate investment and economic benefit of the waste heat power generation of TC booster station. The construction project financing after-tax internal rate of return is greater than the benchmark yield. Demonstrate the rationality of the project on the economy.(5) The project uses gas waste heat power generation. The operation of waste heat power station of each pollutant discharge standard and does not produce other hazardous wastes. It suggests the environmental feasibility of the project.(6) Have a research on waste heat resources of TC gas booster station. Predict the number of pressurization gas of TC booster, electricity consumption. Formulate the reasonable scheme of waste heat power generation. Calculate the waste heat power generation capacity of TC natural gas booster station. Specific power supply scheme was presented.(7) Build the factory equipment construction scheme and choose main equipment of waste heat power generation. Complete the construction of production plan, including the main steam, gas, electric and automatic control, water supply, heating system. Formulate the personnel safety and environmental protection rules. Form a perfect security environmental protection scheme. Determine the organization and complement, constitute the reasonable personnel organization scheme.
