Nowadays, most oil fields have been developed at their later stage. High water rate in produced oil is very high, and there is great energy loss during the process of management,transportation and storage.In the oil and gas gathering and transportation systems, oil gathering stations account for much of energy consumption. Sciencely and effectively analysing or predicting the gathering stations energy consumption,can reduce the energy consumption of the gathering stations consumption,bring greater economic benefits for the enterprise,make more important practical significance to society.Analysing gathering stations'process flows characteristics and main energy equipment,determine a set of energy-saving potential of gathering stations.Through energy saving bringing considerable economic benefits for the enterprise,therefore confirmed the gathering station on the need for energy consumption analysis.By comparing the gathering stations and petrochemical companies to the proximity of using energy, adopt petrochemical enterprises energy analysis_the "three links" to analysis of energy consumption of gathering stations.As an example of Chunliang station,analyse chnliang gathering station energy consumption.According to the characteristics of process flows and main energy equipment,divide the Chunliang station energy consumption to the three components, establish Chunliang station physical model of three links method,structure Chunliang station mathematical model of three links method,draw some energy figures of Chunliang station,give the evaluation index to three links. At the same time, every segments analysis indicators are additionally put based on evaluation indicator of original three-link method ,such as efficient consumption rate of heatξCh and efficient consumption rate of elcetrical energyξCe between enegy conversion and transfer segment, effective use of energyλin energy utilization segment and effective recycling rateηR' in process of enegy recycle.Through energy analysis diagnose systems the weak link of using energy, point out that the energy consumption of chunliang station focusing on energy-consuming equipment and waste heat recovery.For this reason propose improving furnace operation condition, recovering remaining heat of oily wastewater and high temperature output crude oil waste heat.After transformation, the Chunliang station saves fuel 1057.25t/a,electricity 67097kw·h/a,recovery of profits in about 424 million yuan.
