Managed pressure drilling is a high-risk drilling operation, all kinds of project parameters for real-time monitoring in the process of drilling, which effectively reduce the safety accident frequency. So make sure technical experts is not in the wellsite, also can the Managed pressure drilling field condition to control at any time and anywhere, to ensure the safety of the Managed pressure drilling operational is of great significance.With the development of mobile communication technology, wireless communication network data transmission ability is greatly improved, represented by the smartphone mobile communications equipment through wireless network access to the Internet obtain increase the speed of network information service. Development intelligent application on the smart phone can achieve a convenient and fast mobile monitoring means, realize monitoring anytime and anywhere.Therefore, seek for a mobile monitoring both economical and practical and accurately and in time, suitable for large-scale popularization and application of Managed pressure drilling mobile centralized monitoring method has important practical significance.Therefore, this paper designed and developed a set of base server for data exchange center of Managed pressure drilling mobile centralized monitoring system. The following results are obtained:1.Managed pressure drilling mobile centralized monitoring system was designed and developed, implementation of wells project parameters for real-time monitoring, ensure experts not in wellsite, also can monitoring the wellsite construction conditions anytime and anywhere.2. Through the Managed pressure drilling technology and equipment research, optimizing the reflect Managed pressure drilling project parameters of working conditions, based on the optimization of monitoring project data, designed the system database, To the whole system provide data support.3. In order to ensure that the system runs stably, through virtualization technology for multiple server virtual server, set up a virtual machine cluster, thus effectively solve the single point of failure for server makes mobile phone normal operation of the centralized monitoring system, and completed the development of the application service on the server4. Against the load on the server too big impact on user access speed, based on the time series of exponential smoothing method to forecast the server load change trend, using ant colony algorithm in large load, using weighted least number of connections in low load,which user request to reasonable allocation, load balancing, designed and developed the load balancer software.5. Based on the Eclipse development platform, based on the system functional requirements is designed and developed a set of historical data display, real-time data display, data report, equipment data management and alarm for the integration of Managed pressure drilling mobile centralized monitoring system for supporting the client software;Through XX, YY wells application test, the test results show that the system is running in good condition, real time accurate to Managed pressure drilling project parameter monitoring, with practical and promotion value.In this paper, the independent design and development of Managed pressure drilling mobile centralized monitoring system, which realize the real-time monitoring field data to ensure that the technical experts not wellsite can real-time understand wellsite operation situation, to ensure the security of the wellsite operation is of great significance.
