Lushang Oilfield is in the north of Nanpu depression, which is located settled in the northeast of Huanghua depression. It is a typical complex fault block oil and gas reservoir with very developed faults, and the controlled area for each fault is very limited. The oil pumping well there has many characters, such as deep reservoir burial depth (1500?4000m), deep average pump hanging depth (1890m), large wellbore deviation (48.1% wells more than 30°), and the pump detection period for pumping wells is the shortest (382 days) among various lifting methods.After the investigation of lifting methods in this oilfield, the pump detection period of pumping well is a key issue, and it limits the pump detection period in Lushang Oilfield. The parameters impact on the pump detection period of pumping well is studied in this thesis, such as production prediction, optimization of lifting design, eccentric wear, and optimization of daily management.With the study of production prediction in major oil production area, proper immerse depth of pumping well is estimated. It provides the selection basis of pump diameter and depth. For the optimization of lifting design, the basic principle for the choice of pumping unit is decided firstly, then the mathematical model for the stress calculation of sucker rod string and the space between rod and centralizer is constructed. It provides a theory basis for the optimization of lifting design. After the evaluation of current corresponding lifting tools, the applications of those tools are clarified, thus the functions of lifting rod are better understood. With the reason analysis of pump detection, eccentric wear is considered as the major problem. After the mechanism of eccentric wear is studied, the corresponding technology is drafted, thus the optimized design of anti-eccentric wear technology is developed. For the daily management, proper production parameters are optimized, such as reasonable wax removal method and periods and the in-situ diagnosis of pump working condition and oil pipe. With the corresponding lifting methods, the pump detection period of pumping well is elongated.Based on the studies above, the optimization of corresponding lifting principles for Lushang Oilfield is formulated. Field test shows good performance where it extended the pump detection period of pumping wells. Therefore, this study is an actual guidance and practical valuable for the long term production of pumping wells in Lushang Oilfield.
