With the developing of natural gas energy, there is a contradiction between safe, smooth and continuous gas supply with the consumer demand increasingly. In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of natural gas in the utilization process, gas storage, as a kind of safe gas supplying and peak shaving method, is rapidly developing in the countries all over the world. On the basis of ensuring safe and stable gas supply, that how to improve the level of energy efficiency become the key of the gas storage operation. On the basis of gas storage operation characteristics and the status quo, this paper will conduct the research of injection-production capacity and energy consumption analysis, and find out the optimal operation parameters, and put forward the measure of optimal operation of the gas storage to ensure the safety and economic operation of the gas storage.This paper will study the Wen 96 gas storage's ground injection-production system. On the basis of summary the domestic and foreign gas storage ground process optimal operation methods and the application, it has carried out the following four aspects:First of all, based on more than two cycles of the gas storage operation and parameters, the running situation, injection-production capacity and peak shaving capability were analyzed. By means of analysising gas injection and production index, this paper forecasted gas storage injection-production capacity, and studied the overall operation of the gas storage scheme.Second, gas storage compressor unit performance was calculated by using thermal double calculation method, which analysis the main influence factors and trends of flow, shaft power and energy consumption, and use the BP neural network to predict the energy consumption of the compressor unit consumption. According to the demand of pressurization unit and operation situation, this paper put forward the measure of optimal operation.Then, the gas storage dehydration unit was analyzed quantitatively by using HYSYS software to study the influence of energy consumption and the key parameters of dry gas water dew point, and established the objective function for the optimization of dehydration unit consumption minimum energy consumption model.Finally, according to the dehydration unit operation characteristics, the genetic algorithm was established based on the BP neural network prediction model. The optimal operation parameters were calculated by using MATLAB software to solve the minimum energy consumption objective function with the water dew point (?15?) as constraint conditions. According to the dehydration unit operation situation and requirement, the optimal operation measures were put forward.Based on the study of Wen96 gas storage ground injection-production system energy consumption, it is helpful in grasping the energy consumption situation of ground process system, and the optimal operation measures are proposed, which provide the foundation of the production scheduling, revamping and operation of gas storage.
