Street vendors selling food safety issue has attracted widespread attention,students in the growth period of more or less will patronize vendors,enjoy a variety of snacks.Around the campus population is mobile vendors gathering place,vendors selling food hygiene level is uneven,there are different levels of security risks,endangering the health of students for vendors selling food to eat around the campus caused by gastrointestinal diseases occur,serious and even individual has affected the normal teaching order.Taking East University of Heilongjiang as an example,through the questionnaire survey on campus visits and meals for vendors around the students,the statistical analysis including the number,size of food vendors operating varieties the use of raw materials,semi-finished products,storage,processing,operation personnel,sales and other aspects of the detailed conclusions.The data analysis of the campus surrounding street vendors selling food safety hazards in detail.Based on the basic situation of street vendors selling around the campus food comb,put forward students buy snacks on the advice,classification for classification of countermeasures and suggestions of the canteen catering work put forward,to provide comprehensive law enforcement reference through these summary for the relevant functional departments of the government.
