Research And Application Of SAGD Production Fluid To Produce Sewage Oil Treatment Technology

In this paper,targeted demulsifier was synthesized through testing and analysing of the SAGD produced fluid,indoor experiments conducted demulsification evaluation and optimization experiments of the demulsifier.it got a good result in the pilot scale experiment.The main research contents and results are as follows?In the experiment, analyzed the composition and basic properties of SAGD produced fluid, determined the content of saturated hydrocarbon,aromatic hydrocarbon,colloid and asphaltene,measured density,moisture content and salt content of the dirty oil.The SAGD produced liquid oil acid value and alkali nitrogen value characteristic of changing with time and the relationship between the change of viscosity with temperature have been found out.Analyzed the formation of the sump oil and emulsified mechanism of SAGD produced fluid,the influence of salinity of produced water,pH and clay particle's adding about interfacial tension have been respectively determined. It has been studyed the influence of different components,salts,clay particles and aging's on the stability of oil emulsion of SAGD produced liquid and researched the feasibility of gravity settling method,thermal demulsification technique and chemical demulsification method.The demulsifier was synthesized using epoxy ethane, epoxy propane, dimethylbenzene and catalyst as reactant. The influences of the factors such as the monomer ratio, catalyst dosage, dosage of initiator, reaction pressure, reaction temperature on the synthesis conditions are optimized.The structure, density, temperature resistance, resistance to acid alkali and interfacial tension of high efficient demulsifier have been determined and the demulsification of the demulsifier have been evaluated. The results show that the demulsifier has a good effect on SAGD produced liquid.The experiment researched demulsifier demulsification dehydration effect with different extraction liquid and optimized inorganic salt type,proportion of additives and demulsifier,the cloud point of demulsifier,demulsifier dosage,reaction temperature,mixing uniformity and demulsification time,get the optimized demulsification conditions.It reached the requirement of oil sludge dewatering treatment in the pilot scale experiment.
