The bag in box can extend the preservation time of the fruit beverage,and is convenient for transportation compared with the ordinary packing,common BIB filling machine filling fruit juice drinks prone to precipitation,crushing and blockage of the valve,etal.The traditional process adopts the method of filling the fruit and beverage step by step,but the method has low degree of automation and low working efficiency.In order to solve the problem of bag filling in fruit beverage box,a new kind of bag filling and filling machine was designed.Firstly,according to the principle of fruit BIB filling,the mechanical system of filling machine was designed,the mechanical system mainly includes feeding system,filling system,rack structure and detection system,and complete the above three-dimensional solid modeling of the system in SolidWorks.Secondly,by FLUENT simulation of filling valve to do valve structure parameters optimization,thereby reducing the impact of fruit juice beverage filling valve to improve the stability of filling;The orthogonal experiment design method was used to carry out the simulation analysis of the mixing process of the fruit juice beverage in the stirred tank with the aid of the method of range analysis,the influence of simulation variables on the fruit content and the order of influence were studied.The results showed that the influence of the diameter of the paddle was the biggest,followed by the stirring speed,and the degree of the lower paddle height was the least,and finally the fruit content was 4.71%-5.38%.Finally,according to the production process requirements of filling machine,the control part of the BIB filling machine is divided into three modules:feeding system control,filling system control and weighing system control based on block programming idea,the liquid level and filling quality is monitored by PID to improve the filling accuracy,making the filling accuracy of 0.5%or less.Provide users with intuitive and quick operation interface by LINE1000ie SMART touch screen.The operation and filling experiment of the equipment is tested which show that the machine is stable and reliable,not only meet the prerequisite requirements,but also improve the fruit juice beverage filling efficiency,quality and degree of automation,widening the use of BIB,which contribute to the continued development of filling machine.
