Design And Research Of Flexible Forming Machine For Small Diameter Straight Seam Welded Pipe

With the development of intelligent machinery manufacturing technology,roll forming technolology continues to mature,flexible roll forming more and more favored by the enterprise.In order to meet this trend,this paper has studied the key technology of flexible roll bending of small diameter straight seam welded pipe.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper discusses the status quo of the theoretical research of the straight seam welded pipe forming unit,introduces the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research on the flexible roll bending machine of small diameter straight seam welded pipe.Secondly,the principle and characteristics of strip deformation in roll forming are mainly introduced.The principle of flexible forming of straight seam welded pipe is summarized,the scheme of flexible-roll forming is determined,and the structural characteristics of each forming section in flexible roll forming machine are described.This paper mainly uses the double radius forming method to design the deformation diagram.The design parameters of ?50mm and ?90mm straight pipe are calculated and the roller pattern is drawn.The transverse equivalent plastic strain,longitudinal strain and lateral relative curvature distribution of the strip are simulated by finite element method,and the deformation map is optimized to provide the basis for the design of roll forming frame.In order to simplify the structure of the flexible forming unit,the paper designed the following frame:steel strrp,steel strip,steel strip,steel strip,Leveling roller stand,flat roller stand and roll stand stand.The whole flexible unit is formed.According to the design of the rack,Mainly for the W flat roll rack for simulation,draw the frame stress and strain cloud,and the deformation map,and verify the design is reasonable.Which has a certain reference value for the actual pipe forming.
