Triarrhena lutarioriparia is rich in nutrients,it has been a delicacy on the table since ancient times.But the harvest time of the Triarrhena lutarioriparia is limited,fresh stalks are not convenient for storage.This paper studied five preservation methods which are local method,cellaring method,deepfreeze method,vacuum method and chemical method.Mensurated main nutrients that are chlorophyl,vitamin C,polysaccharide,phenolic acid,cellulose,amino acid and microelement within tweleve months to study green preservation method of Triarrhena lutarioriparia without using additives.Studies show that using 5 kinds of methods,including local method,cellaring method,deepfreeze,vacuum,chemistry,to preserve Triarrhena lutarioriparia for 12 months.There is a small change in the content of cellulose,vacuum method,local method and deepfreeze method range crude fiber content,with growth trend,were 22.51%~23.98%,22.32%~22.61% and 23.98%~22.32% respectively,cellaring method,22.49%~17.52%,had the greatest reduction.In the five kinds of storage,the change in 8 kinds of microelement is not obvious.the contents of chlorophyl,vitamin C,polysaccharide,phenolic acid and amino acid show generally downward trends and the longer the time,the faster the decline.Vacuum fell by the most slow,followed by deepfreeze and local method.the fastest decline is cellaring method.Polysaccharide in five save method also showed a trend of decline,local method induces polysaccharide falling under the slowest,the second is deepfreeze,the fastest decline is cellaring method.All seven nutrients considered,local method,deepfreeze method and vacuum method can effectively reduce the storage of nutrients.In this study,different preservation methods were investigated,to provide reference for the correct processing method of Triarrhena lutarioriparia,which is the guiding value for the production and processing of Triarrhena lutarioriparia.
