Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu is our own resources,it's mainly distributed in the provinces which are around the south of the Yangtze River.lt is born in the island and beach of river and lake and it's also the important raw material for paper,food and medicine.The people live in the area of lake have kept Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu as food for a long time,however,there is no report about evaluation of its nutrition and safety.This study took the Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu in Dongting Lake area of Yuanjiang,Hunan Province as raw materials, researched and analyzed its active ingredients and the extraction method and purification process of flavonoids,The main objective was to provide scientific and technical support for developing and to promote a trade that using the Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu as an edible plant resources.The main results were as follows:1.Study on process parameters of pretreatmentit was really susceptible to deterioration when Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu being picked out from the land,in order to preserve its quality,we must boil the Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu as a pretreatment.By analyzing the data of hardness, color and activity of oxidase of the Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu in different pretreatment. Determined parameter was boiled in the water for 5min.By this way,the boiled stem kept the similar hardness as fresh stem,the color differences was nearly in 12 and the residual total activity of oxidase was nearly 5U,decreaseed by approximately 95%,reached the requirements of keeping fresh.2.Analysis on physical indicators of stem of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L LiuTook the fresh and boiled stem and skin of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu and reed as samples,analyzed the physical indicators.the measured results are, total sugar content were 0.99%,0.57%,0.91% and 0.73%,respectively,reducing sugar content were 0.89%,0.43%,0.73% and 0.57%,respectively,the protein content were 2.81%,2.65%,0.88% and 1.05%,respectively,total dietary fiber content(dry basis)were3.09%,3.28%,3.57% and 4.32%,respectively,stem cotained 15 animo acids and both stem and skin contained many elements like Ka, Na, Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn, Cu, Se. Has no Pb, Cd, Cr and the other heavy metal, the Hg and As contents are lower than the national standard limit value.3.Study on the flavonoids of stem of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L LiuTook the rutin as reference standards, using spectrophotometry for the flavonoids of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu.it were determined that the regression equation:y= 15.4x-0.006, the linear correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9991.Through the Soxhlet extraction,the contents of flavonoids of fresh and boiled stem are 0.09% and 0.15%,respectively.In the ultrasonic extraction test, Doing single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment among four factors such as extraction time, extraction temperature, ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio and determined the best solution were as follows:alcohol concentration was 80%,ethanol to liquid ratio of 1:30,extracting temperature was 55 ?, extracting time was 30min. extraction rate of fresh and boiled Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu samples are 98.53% and 97.94%, respectively.Compared the adsorption and resolution of four kinds of macroporous resin(HPD-100, HPD-500, HP20 and AB-8) in flavonoids of the Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu.Finally,select the HPD-100 was the most suitable macroporous resin in purifying the flavonoids of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu. Its adsorption rate was 55.7%, desorption rate was 91.29%.Through the dynamic adsorption and desorption test, determined that the best conditions for the purification process were follows:fill the column with HPD-100 macroporous resin,the sample concentration in the adsorption process was 0.319mg/ mL,pH=3.0, adsorption velocity was 1.5BV/h, the sample volume was about 90mL.during desorbing time,alcohol concentration was70%, desorption velocity was 1.5BV/h and collecting 50mL liquid.Finally, the purified flavonoids in samples were qualitatively tested by LC/MS apparatus.Comparing the flavonoids of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu with 16 kinds of flavonoids standard sample.we found that he Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu contains four kinds of monomers:apigenin, kaempferol, hesperetin and rutin.
