This paper was aimed at finding the way and designing a device to detect the geometry and surface accuracy of Rolling Linear Guide Slide In the background of the national science and technology major projects "High-end CNC Machine Tools and Basic Manufacturing Equipment Research(2016ZX04004007)".By using the laser displacement sensor,the meth-od of ellipse fitting is applied t,solved the problem of extracting the data of the inner raceway of the rolling linear guide.At first,through the theoretical research of dynamic modeling,the influence of slider accuracy on guide rail precision is analyzed,and the necessity of detecting the slide block geometry and surface precision of rolling guide rail is proved.The content and detection scheme of the geometry and profile accuracy of the slide line-ar guide slide are determined.Combined with the detection requirements of the cooperation unit,determine the contents of the rolling linear guide rail pair to be detected Design a variety of detection schemes based on the content to be detected,compare the advantages and disad-vantages of various programs to determine the best detection program.The test scheme was validated.Based on the scheme,the design of experimental tools is finished,the algorithm program is completed and the verification test is completed.According to the actual working conditions,determines the roll detection device design.The structure design of geometrical and profile precision detection device of the slide guide block is completed,including the general structure,the design of each sub-structure and the design of the auxiliary parts,etc.The design of the bed part,the cross-beam part,the da-tum measuring part,The detailed analysis,calculation and design were carried out,and the structure of the whole test-bed was designed.At last,the hardware and system design of the geometric and profile precision measuring device of the linear guide slide is designed,which is the hardware selection and structure of the measurement and control system,which lays the foundation for the follow-up program.At the same time,the accuracy analysis of the whole detection device is provided.
