With the wide application of linear rolling guide pair in industry,people have higher and higher requirements for its accuracy.In order to meet the higher demand,it has important application value to study the components of linear rolling guide.In this paper,the contact performance of the guide rail pair is studied based on the detection of the profile parameters of the slider raceway.The specific research work is as follows:According to the ratio of the wave moment to the wave height,the profile parameters of the slider raceway are divided into micro-level waviness and macro-level geometry.Firstly,the influence of Waviness on the contact performance of the guide rail pair is studied.According to the micro morphology of the slider raceway detected by the roughness profiler,the waviness of the raceway surface is simulated by the sine wave curve,and the waviness model is established to solve the contact deformation between the ball and the raceway,and then the influence of Waviness on the contact deformation is simulated.Secondly,the influence of geometrical parameters on the contact performance of the guide rail pair is studied,including the transition curve of the raceway and the pitch diameter of the raceway.For the transition curve of the slider raceway,this paper starts from the principle of equal stiffness of the ball,optimizes the design of the curve,and uses Workbench to analyze the contact of the guide rail pair before and after the optimization.The results show that the transition curve of the slider raceway can effectively slow down the sudden change of the ball raceway contact deformation and contact stress;For the pitch diameter of the slider raceway,according to the geometric characteristics of the guide rail pair,the relationship between the pitch diameter and the contact angle and the distance between the raceways is analyzed,and then the relationship model between the pitch diameter of the raceway and the contact deformation is established,and the deviation of the raceway pitch and the ball Equivalent relation of diameter deviation.According to the deformation contact theory,the nonlinear effect of the raceway pitch diameter on the preload friction force of the guide rail pair is analyzed.Then,in view of the problem of measuring the pitch diameter of the slider raceway,a detection system for the profile parameters of the slider raceway was built.The hardware measurement and control system mainly includes a motion control module and a data acquisition module.At the same time,the parameter detection system control software is developed based on the Visual Studio platform and C#,which mainly includes motion control module,data acquisition module,data processing module,database module and UI interface design.Based on the profile parameter acquisition,error compensation and fitting algorithm,the detection method of the slider raceway diameter is proposed.Finally,the accuracy and repeatability of the detection system and the correctness of the raceway diameter detection method are verified through experiments.Finally,the pitch diameter of the slider raceway was measured by the parameter profile detection system,and the preload friction force under the influence of the deviation of the pitch diameter of the slider raceway was measured by the preload friction force measurement system.The maximum deviation between the actual measurement result and the theory was 6.89%,thus verifying the corresponding relationship between the raceway pitch diameter and the preload friction of the guide rail pair.Then,based on the measurement results of the raceway pitch diameter,the ball matching of the same specifications and different batches of guide rails and sliders was completed.The results showed that the pre-tightening friction force of the guide rail pair meets the design requirements,which can effectively improve the assembly efficiency of the guide rail pair.Finally,according to the equivalent relationship between the raceway diameter deviation and the ball diameter deviation,and on the basis of the classification of the preload of the guide rail pair,the grouping of the precision of the slider raceway diameter was completed,which played a certain guiding role for the practical application.
