In general,engineering change will be on the construction project schedule,cost and quality to achieve the goal of the impact,and the improper management will lead to project risk,achieve the goal of construction of prejudice.Especially in the complex installation of pipelines,engineering changes are more difficult to predict and control.Therefore,it is necessary to change the complicated problems in-depth analysis of installation engineering project,using scientific methods and effective measures to make the project change management is more reasonable,so as to reduce the delay and avoid the decline in quality and reduce the investment out of control,creating the realization of project objective conditions.At present,the coal processing industry in China is still in the early stage,and there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.The project has not only investment is more than the big,long construction period,the factors of production such as general project characteristic,also has a large,complex process,technology intensive,the strict environmental protection and can draw lessons from the features of limited experience.These characteristics make the coal deep processing project highly complex and increase the likelihood of engineering changes during project construction.Therefore,it is of great significance to manage the change of coal deep processing project.This article first at home and abroad about the classification of engineering change of construction project,project risk management related theory and prospect theory,based on this from the construction units,design units,supervision units,construction units,four analyzed the participation subject treasure nitrogen methanol to aromatics project engineering change case and nearly forty engineering change single,think complex coal deep processing industry technology,equipment,pipeline densely and professional subcontractors,the root cause of the project is a large number of changes;The resulting communication difficulties and numerous design errors,omission and collision are the direct causes of the engineering changes.At the same time,it is concluded that most of engineering change also focused on the installation part,change different consequences but is given priority to with the adverse consequences,and the change process is too rigid or too arbitrary.Then,the traditional prospect theory experiment method is changed into the risk perception questionnaire survey method,and the risk attitude questionnaire for managers is obtained.After that,9 valid questionnaires are issued and returned to the field.After the preliminary analysis of the questionnaire data,it is found that the on-site managers of the project have the problem of mobility,which leads to the younger managers of the field,and the work life is not long.The characteristics coincide with the present situation of the project managers’ age and length of service,but it may indicate that managers lack experience and risk perception is too radical.After further analysis,it was found that the managers in the field were more conservative when compared with the American samples and tended to take risks in the face of losses.This provides clues to the risk judgment bias of managers in the engineering field.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper gives measures and Suggestions including the promotion of building information model to reduce the collision events,use the platform for real-time update model function for improvement of the communication efficiency.Classification management engineering change,for beneficial change to simplify the process,the rapid execution,to adverse changes according to the degree of change can be divided into level 3 and corresponding to different examination and approval authority,thus improve the efficiency of examination and approval;At the time of appointment and job placement,the personnel should be considered in the role of the lower risk preference in relation to the project change.At the same time when making performance evaluation measures should take different incentives and penalties and pay equal attention to different ideas,so that you can better formulate measures to motivate the staff to avoid employee risk and so on.The results of the above recommendations have been initially verified in the field.The research in this paper enriches the application of engineering change theory in the field of construction,and extends the scope of application of prospect theory in the field of Engineering Management in china.The conclusion not only helps to cope with Shaanxi Chemical-Engineering Construction Co to improve construction project change management level,but also for other domestic construction projects to provide reference for engineering change management,and then to the housing,transportation,water conservancy and hydropower complex installation engineering change management reference.
