Evolutionary Game Analysis Of Construction Safety Group Behavior Based On Prospect Theory

With the promotion of construction industrialization,the development of construction industry is in full swing,but the incidence of safety construction accidents has been high,causing economic losses at the same time bringing casualties,seriously affecting the sustainable development of China’s construction industry.According to the relevant data and statistical data,the direct cause of safety accidents is the wrong understanding and judgment of the individual in the work process,and the unsafe behavior of human will further cause the unsafe state of objects and expose the individual to the dangerous environment.How to reduce the unsafe behavior rate of construction personnel and improve the management efficiency of management personnel has become an important means to improve construction safety management.In this paper,the relevant personnel in the construction industry are divided into construction group and safety management group,and the safety behavior of construction group and safety management group is analyzed by evolutionary game theory.Combined with value perception,risk preference and evolutionary game theory in prospect theory,the behavior characteristics and game process are studied,and the construction safety management line of prefabricated building based on prospect theory is constructed In this paper,the evolutionary game model of and the solution analysis are carried out.Because people have different risk preference when facing income and expenditure,this paper divides people’s psychological account into income account and payment account,constructs prospect income payment value perception matrix,constructs evolutionary game model of construction safety management by using perceived value function and decision weight function in prospect theory,and obtains equilibrium solution by copying dynamic equation To the Pareto state of evolutionary system in different situations.Because the derivation process of evolutionary game model is complicated,the calculation is complex,the evolution process is changeable and difficult to control.At the same time,the group behavior is affected by psychological factors,and it is difficult to obtain accurate data.Therefore,this paper uses MATLAB algorithm to verify and analyze the evolution path of the influence of various parameters on behavior,and obtains the evolution trend of group behavior under the influence of different factors.Finally,through the analysis of influencing factors and evolution trend,this paper analyzes the unsafe behavior motivation of construction group and safety management group,and puts forward corresponding management measures and suggestions,so as to fundamentally inhibit the generation of unsafe behavior,achieve the purpose of reducing the safety accident rate and ensuring the safety production.
